FOLK ART and a pretty good collection, if I do say so myself! We will consider all reasonable offers or one price for a grouping of pieces.

REVEREND J. L. HUNTER

GET UP, ROY! burned into wood on top...Rev. Hunter burned intials J.L.H. underneath. My thinking over the years has been that Roy is either drunk and has fallen down with a cigarette in his mouth, or he's sick. Who know's for sure? His bio reads that he often depicted drunk men so I think my guess is probably accurate! 11 x 5 x 14" $450

Felix Chex, Ventas Navidenas.....Forgive us but we don't know a thing about this adorable piece, except it appears to be from a Latin country, ie. Puerto Rico. $100

CARVED CLOCK CASE

This carved clock case appears to be identical to the one's we've seen by Howard Finster & family. A trianed eye would probably know for sure, but we don't so we're putting it up here and , if you get this frame for a couple hundred dollars and it's a Finster, well, you get a great deal! If it's NOT a Howard Finster, you get a really nice hand carved clock case/frame with a little piece chipped off of the top which has been re-glued. Either way, it's a good deal at $250!

more pictures available of any of these pieces upon request

FOLK ART HORSE AND WAGON

This adorable horse and wagon carving is very detailed and whoever did it took a great deal of time with it. It's also been in our armoir for years and years. We think it would be worth much more if you could see it in person.....but we're listing it at $250. Keep in mind that it used to belong to Martine, our predecessor, who was a very insightful collector, so this may be a very special piece by someone well known. If anyone does know , please share the info. $250
