LAMAR'S BIO (by lamar) "lamar sorrento is a self-taught artist from Memphis tennessee. his work is repidly becomming more popular than the mini-van.he mainly portrays musicians because, being one himself, he is obsessed with music. he also does lots of religious-based paintings. on occasion he will paint a dog or a cat. his work has been featured on many album covers and in many national magazines. he has a big list of famous people who buy his work, but he's not making it public. his images are bold and brihht and they look good in just about anybody's house. lots of galleries sell his work on al gore's invention(the internet) He also gets tired of writing about himself in the third person. For god's sake, buy some of my art...ok..i know i'm popular because I see artists everywhere who are copying my work. god bless them all. i started all this stuff about 10 years ago-i'm the original. before that i didn't even know how to paint." |
